As Vice President of Construction for The Gatesworth Communities, Jeff Leonard oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance across all properties. He leads a team that ensures the upkeep of resident apartments, common areas and the exterior grounds, ensuring they remain in excellent condition. Jeff also coordinates the move-in and move-out process, ensuring each resident and their family experiences a smooth transition.
Jeff has a strong background in operations, retail management, and procurement. His roles have focused on operations, process improvement, quality assurance and safety administration.
A graduate of the University of Missouri Science & Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management, Jeff's expertise and leadership help maintain the safety and comfort of residents at The Gatesworth, McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, McKnight Place Extended Care and Parc Provence.
