Mary Campbell, Spa One Manager
Mary, who joined The Gatesworth team in 2007, cherishes her everyday interactions with Residents. “I love making them happy, listening to their stories and learning from them. They are such a joyful group.” Mary is proud of the longevity of her Spa One staff, some of whom have served Gatesworth Residents for 15 years. “They are authentic, caring and hard-working, and I am blessed to work with them.” Previously, Mary and her sister operated a popular gift shop in Richmond Heights.
Gift Shop and Boutique
The Gatesworth Gift Shop offers a large variety of unique gift items and a small grocery store located just steps or a call away from a Resident’s apartment. Spa One Boutique offers collections of gift items, at-home fashions, make-up, and anything else that you desire.
Karen Rosenthal, Gift Shop Manager
Since coming to The Gatesworth in 2010, Karen has brought her impeccable taste and ability to discern what Residents want and need to her job of keeping the gift shop stocked with specialty items and everyday conveniences. Residents enjoy the quality and variety of the items they find there but also appreciate Karen’s warm and friendly greeting each time they come in to browse. “I enjoy doing something nice for our Residents – I’ve picked up flowers, chicken salad and all kinds of items for them. I always do my best to get what they need, but what I enjoy most is hearing stories about their families, friends and accomplishments.”
